One or multi-day program where authentic and personal leadership, can be combined with Deep Democracy principles to (co-)facilitate brainstorming or problem-solving processes. This can take place in your company or at a chosen location.
As a reinforcing element, we believe nature contributes to a clear mind, more energy in head and body and a more relaxed atmosphere. It also increases creativity and the ability to think out-of-the-box. Therefore, we also offer customized programs near or surrounded by nature.
